Montana 55 Absenta is from the Montana Perucchi distillery. A macerated absinthe with pronounced wormwood and a citrus note, but also includes fennel and anise. Though not quite as bitter as Montana 68, we recommend Montana 55 absinthe to be prepared with one or two sugars and ample iced water to bring out subtle flavours and louche.
