François Guy is distilled in Pontarlier France, just over the border from Val-de-Travers. The recipe for this absinthe uses green anise from Spain and Pontarlier region wormwood, just as it did in during the Belle Époque.
The tempered alcohol level allows the strong flavours of the wormwood and green anise to really come forward in this traditionally made absinthe.
