Elixir du Pays des Fées absinthe is a Val-de-Travers distilled Swiss (Suisse) absinthe from François Bezençon. Crystal clear in the bottle but develops a thick, creamy louche. It straddles the line between simple and complex in flavour, with citrus, floral, anise, and wormwood all detectable yet harmonious. You won't need sugar despite its slight bite.
