Eichelberger Absinthes are produced by a group of serious enthusiasts from the absinthe website absinth-guide.de and have gone from distilling old recipe HG (Hausgemachts / Home-made) to developing and releasing full commercial products.
Each bottle still has small batch quality and a taste that separates it from majority of German-made absinth(e)s.
This particular Eichelberger, 60 Verte, uses only fresh - not dried - wormwood during distillation giving a unique, fresh flavor.
