Blanche de Fougerolles 74 absinthe is from the Paul Devoille Distillerie, which has been making beverages since 1859.
The wormwood used is grown locally and the distillery describes Blanche de Fougerolles as “the result of a traditional Swiss recipe. It is obtained by double distillation from 11 different plants (large and petite wormwood, anise, hyssop, génépi, Veronica ...) previously soaked in a delicate brandy wine.”
