Distilled by a Paris based distiller, this brand original La Fée Absinthe contains Grand Wormwood, a variety of herbs, and packs an anise kick.
Each distillation is personally approved by Marie-Claude Delahaye of the Musée de l’Absinthe, Auvers-sur-Oise, France. La Fée Parisian (also can be found as Parisienne) was the first traditional absinthe to be distilled in France since the ban of 1915.
We suggest serving with 4-6 parts iced water and sugar.
Multiple award-winning, including Gold and Silver at the Los Angeles Wine & Spirits Competition, Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2008, and Silver at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2010.
