Produced by Combier Distillery in France using original Pernod Fils alambics from the 1870s, La Blanchette absinthe is a Swiss-style, hand-crafted absinthe from Ted Breaux's Jade family of spirits recipes, developed exclusively for Combier by T. A. Breaux.
Anise and grande wormwood dominate, with a background of alpine herbs.
