Product Description
La Blanche de L'Heure Verte is distilled by Paul Devoille for La Maison du Pastis in Marseille, France. This absinthe uses a wine brandy alcohol base and around ten herbs including grande wormwood, petite wormwood, fennel, green anise, hyssop, and genepi.
As with other absinthes from Paul Devoille, the individual herbs have been individually distilled and then combined into this smooth and aromatic absinthe.
La Blanche de L'Heure Verte was the silver medal winner at Pontarlier in 2005.
