Hill's Absinth is possibly the most infamous of all Czech absinths.
According to the producer’s website, Hill’s Absinth was produced as an extra strong alcohol during World War II, to be watered down after passing volume restrictions.
It resurfaced again in the 1990s and enjoys a party crowd following in Prague where it is often served using the Bohemian fire method.
