Conditions of Trade

By placing an order you accept the following terms and conditions of trade.

Legal Drinking Age

With placing an order you have to register in the Shop and you have to state your age. With placing an order you declare that you are over the legal drinking age of your state.

Payments

Accepted payments are Credit Cards (Mastercard, VISA, Maestro and VISA Electron). Payments are accepted in US$. We do not ship goods "COD - Cash on Delivery". If you want use another payment method than Credit Card please contact us!

Refund Policy

Orders can be canceled within seven days of the contract, or seven days of receipt of the ordered products (whichever is the longer). The buyer has to come up for the expenses which may be caused by shipping and handling. These costs will be subtracted from the refund payment.

Undeliverable Parcels

In case a parcel is undeliverable and therefore returned, only the value of the ware is refunded. The recipient has to come up for additional shipping costs caused by the returned sending.

General

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with German law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the German Courts in relation to any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and/or your use of the Website and/or the Website Service.

Delivery Guarantee

We give our customers a 100% delivery guarantee! If a parcel is lost or get broken – we replace it! The only thing we ask for, is a picture of the broken item and a notification of the breakage within 7 days after the arrival of your box.
