An Absinthe from a German Distillery, which produced Absinthe already in the 19th century.
These days, they produce a couple of different brands – with Tabu Classic Strong as the strongest in this alcohol and wormwood product-line. Surprisingly with an enormous louche and color, when adding water to the pale yellow Absinthe. Very intensive taste, and bitter-note from different plants used in the state of maceration of this Absinthe.
Recommended to drink with 4 or 5 parts of water - adding sugar, maybe 2 pieces really makes sense. In cocktails only small doses of this Absinthe.
Tremendous richness in taste - not for everybody.
